Fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of the changes/additions requested.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

• Add $250 for each additional deed transferring Columbia County, Oregon real estate to Living Trust.

• Add $300 for each additional deed transferring out of county or out of state real estate to Living Trust

• Add $250 for Contract to Not Change Beneficiaries (after death of first spouse)

• Add $150 to transfer an existing LLC into Living Trust.
